Fix Firefox's missing download box and others stuffs

simplified version:

1. Clean your temporary files first - by downloading and running the application found here:
http://www.ccleaner.com/

* Important: include the java and firefox's cache

2. Start-All Programs-Mozilla Firefox-"Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)"

3. Check all the fields then restart Firefox

4. Just enable the firefox's add-ons of your choice
